Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. Breakfast was great and had lots of choices.

The location was great, very central but on the quieter side of amsterdam, also the staff were all very friendly and happy to help with any questions

The booking stated soundproof rooms but during our stay many times we heard people from what seemed to be all around us. Oddly enough it wasn’t all the time it was randomly but I really did sound like they were right at your door, or another example was we heard people opened and closing doors but it sounded like it was our own door.

Our room was modern, clean and the bed was really big and comfortable. The location is great and quiet, about a 15 minute walk to most attractions so didn't need to use buses or trams.

It's a cashless hotel. Would have been better having an option for cash as that's what I brought

Majority of staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bar had delicious rose and shower had good power

there is a space in the bed between the 2 matresses and i fell there hahahaha. besides that, all good!!

Room for the main part was clean and tidy. Reception staff and the communal areas were lovely and welcoming. Safe in the room was a good touch.

Room was on the smaller side so could have been a little bigger. Floors seemed quite dirty, could have done with a wash. Bathroom a little on the small side. Not much space to do thing's like make up unless its in the bathroom.

It was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable too.

It had no kettle or condiments to make drinks with in the room.

Was welcomed well by the staff. Very clean rooms. Breakfast was ok.

Nothing about the guest house disappointed me!

- kept clean everyday - was very comfortable - balloons and gifts were laid out in our room for our anniversary - welcomed us every time we went in to the reception

Good location, about 15 minute walk from the tourist spots. Some great local cafes and shops nearby, if you need anything during your stay. A lot of local apartments around and a busy commuting road, so not touristy but still busy around you, before you reach the more commercial areas, cafes etc.

We asked for a quiet room, expecting that meant some form of sound proofing/deadening. Was quite loud during the night and in the mornings. Especially noise coming in from under the door.

Location is the best walking, distance to everything, dam square, coffee shops and central etc. Bluebird, greenhouse and Coffeeshop reefer was round the corner for the smoke and huge supermarket which was open till 10pm! Loved it! Beds are really comfy and had wonderful sleep. Had canal views in the room so it was great waking up to the view every morning! Staff was very helpful with most of the things. Bathroom and shower are decent and big in size and in general the hotel is perfect if you’re going Amsterdam for few days and it’s very cheap in price compared to other hotels in Amsterdam especially with the 8mins walking distance from central and extremely close to red light district too.

Rooms are extremely freezing, even though we had heating on full blast there was no difference so we had to get the hairdryer from the bathroom to warm our rooms up/ beds and there few spider webs on top of the window and lastly my boyfriend tried to exchange money but the staff on Saturday morning said they don’t do that service whereas, on Thursday/Friday morning he was able to convert currency at the hotel which we found a bit weird.
